Calling All Potter Fans! You Don’t Want to Miss the Upcoming Exhibit at New-York Historical Society

New-York Historical Society | Harry Potter: A History of Magic exhibition

My family loves New-York Historical Society. It’s one of our favorite Day Trips in NYC. So my Harry Potter loving kids are super excited about the news of the Harry Potter: A History of Magic exhibition coming to the museum in October 2018.

While that seems like it’s so far away, tickets will sell faster than Firebolt, aka Harry’s broom for you muggles out there. You’ll want to secure yours when they go on sale: New-York Historical Members can reserve tickets starting February 14 at 12 pm. Tickets go on sale to the general public in April.

Harry Potter: A History of Magic unveils rare books, manuscripts, and magical objects from the collections of the British Library, New-York Historical Society, U.S. Harry Potter-publisher Scholastic, and other special collections. Visitors can explore the subjects studied at Hogwarts and see original drafts and drawings by J.K. Rowling and Harry Potter illustrators Mary GrandPré and Jim Kay.
